• The site's design, original text, and original WebAssembly game builds are the property of the site's operator.
• HTML5 game titles are based on the MIT-licensed web-games collection by mashukui and are used in accordance with that license; the license text and author attribution are preserved on this site.
• Game names, characters and trademarks referenced descriptively on informational pages belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game platform, publisher or trademark holder. We do not host commercial ROMs, console BIOS files, or unauthorized ports of copyrighted games.

4. Acceptable Use

• resell, mirror or wholesale republish the site's content, or misrepresent its origin;

5. Local Data and Saved Scores

Your game progress and high scores are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data stays on your device, is under your control, and is removed when you clear browser data. We cannot recover locally stored data, because it is never transmitted to us.

The games are provided for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including data loss on your device, lost profits, or lost gameplay progress.
